Photography session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this cancellation policy. If our services fail to meet the guarantees under the Act, you may be entitled to remedies regardless of cancellation terms.
If you need to reschedule your photography session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits both parties. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refunds for photography services are handled on a case-by-case basis:
Digital images delivered to clients are considered final products. Once digital images have been delivered, refunds are not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or delivery of your images, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
If you receive printed products that are defective, damaged, or do not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the product or provide a full refund for the printed items.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days.
